Disney Cruise Day #7--Castaway Cay

So sad...this was the last day of our fabulous cruise. It was at Disney's private island in the Bahamas, Castaway Cay. It started out pretty crummy: dark clouds and no sun. I thought we were in for a major rain storm. To my surprise, I am happy to say it passed right over us without so much as a drop and cleared up before noon. The clouds parted, the sun came out, and I proceeded to get one of the worst sun burns in the history of sun burns. This was our kids' first "real" trip to the beach, so I was so excited to see how they would react. It went better than I could have imagined. They LOVED it, especially Reese. We couldn't keep her out of the water, and Ethan was all about the sand.




So long Disney Cruise. I hope to see you soon. (sniff, sniff)
